Once approved through clinical review, you may gain access to lab-guided protocols, prescription therapies (when appropriate), and a structured optimization plan designed around your goals and biomarkers.

Most applications are reviewed within a few business days after your intake is completed.

If additional information, labs, or clarification is needed, we’ll contact you directly. Timelines can vary depending on protocol complexity, lab requirements, and state-specific regulations.

Not everyone is clinically appropriate for prescription-based optimization, and that’s intentional.

If prescription therapy isn’t approved, we’ll either:

• Recommend alternative non-prescription strategies when appropriate, or

If approved, prescriptions are fulfilled through licensed partner pharmacies and shipped directly to you where permitted by law.
