PEG-MGF

PEG-MGF (pegylated mechano growth factor) is a modified splice variant of IGF-1 where polyethylene glycol (PEG) is attached to extend its half-life. MGF activates satellite cells and stimulates muscle hypertrophy and repair. PEG-MGF circulates longer, enhancing nitrogen retention, protein synthesis and muscle regeneration; research also suggests cardioprotective, vascular and neuroprotective properties.
