Thymosin Alpha 1

Thymosin Alpha-1 (Ta1) is a 28-amino-acid peptide fragment of prothymosin alpha that enhances cell-mediated immunity. It stimulates T-cell maturation, increases cytokine production and improves immune surveillance, making it useful as an adjunct therapy in infections, immunodeficiency and cancer. Thymosin Alpha-1 is studied for its antiviral, antibacterial and immunomodulatory effects.
